All New Roots’ subcontractors host their data in Switzerland or in the European Union.

 

 

6. Data transfer

 

Data may be transferred outside the EU to the above-mentioned subcontractors, in particular for the purpose of remote maintenance of the website.

New Roots has ensured that these recipients are subject to the European Union’s standard contractual clauses and/or implement measures to ensure that the processing is lawful.

 

 

7. Retention

 

The data will be kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, regarding the contact data, and for a period ranging from 6 to 13 months regarding cookies.

 

 

8. Exercise of rights

 

Any person concerned by the processing has the right to query, access, rectify and delete data, the right to limit the processing and the right to object on legitimate grounds.

The data collected includes  first name, last name, e-mail address, and other data  voluntarily shared with us via the contact form. Users give their free and informed consent to allow this data to be processed, and can withdraw their consent at any time.

New Roots’ legitimate interest in collecting data from consenting users to manage and distribute communications about New Roots products constitutes a legal basis for processing this data.

The data is kept for a period of 3 years from the user’s  last contact. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their data. Users have  the right to withdraw their consent at any time,and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority or the Federal Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner.
