Sweet flammekueche? Yes please! This persimmon flammekueche is perfect as a dessert, as an afternoon snack or as breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 180g La Fraîche
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 rectangular flammekueche dough
  • 1 whole, not overripe persimmon
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pomegranate to taste
  • Pistachio chunks to taste
  • Chopped almonds to taste

Instructions

  1. Turn on oven to 190°C on static function
  2. Cut your persimmon in half and then cut fine crescent-shaped slices.
  3. Put all the persimmon slices in a bowl with the cinnamon powder and mix well. Set aside.
  4. Mix La Fraîche with a tablespoon of agave syrup.
  5. Spread the cream on your dough.
  6. Arrange persimmon slices on your pie, sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped almonds.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges of your pie are golden brown.
  8. Once removed from the oven, decorate your pie with pistachio granules and pomegranate.
