Ingredients

  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ yellow bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 100g La Raclette Vegan Nature
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp italian herbs
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • whole grain bread
  • plant-based butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Dice the bell pepper, onion, and La Raclette Vegan. Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Add sea salt, italian herbs, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Heat up your sandwich maker. Slice your bread and butter it if you like.
  4. Top a slice of bread with generous amounts of filling. Press down another slice of bread on top.
  5. Grill the sandwich for 2-4 minutes depending on your preference. Repeat for more sandwiches.
  6. Slice and enjoy! Best served hot.
